39. Drink at least 64 oz. water every single day (3/1001)

This one should also be easy. I have 2 monitor myself and stay on top of it. I will list when I forget to drink my required ounces.

Friday 04/03/09 drank too many diet sodas instead.

I gave up all drinks except water for Lent and it has really helped me get out of the habit of drinking high calorie/high sugar drinks. However, even with that I still fail to drink enough water. Some days I only have one or two glasses. Go figure!
